Quantification

Quantification is the process of measuring the concentration of DNA in a sample, typically before pooling and sequencing.

What is DNA quantification?

Traditionally a post-amplification step using a separate instrument. AutoNorm does it automatically during amplification, since the fluorescence curve already carries the information.

Read Balancing

Read balancing is the process of adjusting library ratios so every sample receives a comparable share of the sequencing output.
