Normalization

Normalization is the process of equalizing the concentration of different DNA libraries so each is represented evenly when pooled.

What is library normalization?

Traditionally a post-amplification step requiring separate measurement and dilution. AutoNorm does it automatically during amplification by stopping each well at a comparable yield.

Read Balancing

Read balancing is the process of adjusting library ratios so every sample receives a comparable share of the sequencing output.

Quantification

Quantification is the process of measuring the concentration of DNA in a sample, typically before pooling and sequencing.

Pooling

Pooling is the process of combining multiple indexed libraries into one tube so they can be sequenced together in a single run.
